As the epitome of luxurious gourmet delights, gourmet head chef Christian Scharrer invites you on 16. & 17.02.2018 to a 2-day connoisseur´s highlight to WEISSENHAUS. Already a tradition, he transforms the manor house with its stately halls and the historic vaulted cellars into the stage of his annual kitchen party and sends you with a festive dinner in the elegant Spiegelsaal on a culinary journey of discovery.
Two further top chefs of our time, including Volker Fuhrwerk, who spoils his guests in the gourmet restaurant 1797 at Gut Panker, and Christoph Rüffer, whose culinary skills are cause for raptures in the restaurant Herlin in the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg, are following Mr. Scharrer´s invitation to this very unique culinary event.
There will be a lot to taste and try, while you are looking over the shoulders of the chefs or in their pots and pans and experience the ambience of a real gourmet kitchen.
True to the exclusive theme of the weekend, the second evening will be all about a truly exquisite product – the caviar.
No matter if delicate aroma together with a low salt content or more prominent notes and a strong taste of its own – the “black gold” is a true delicacy in its diversity and will be celebrated in style this weekend.
