Our restaurant Abendbrot welcomes you from December 2024 in our historic castle vault.

New gourmet concept

For many years, our guests have enjoyed the benefits of Asian cuisine in our popular Asiabar in the castle vault. From this position of long-standing success, we would like to surprise and inspire you for the current winter and spring season with a new and previously unexperienced gourmet concept.

You can expect a particularly tasty and aesthetically staged homage to our German evening meal. We will spoil you with seven different courses ranging from our home-baked bread from the roaster to pickled vegetables, hearty vegetable soup, fine duck terrine and much more. Look forward to an all-round successful evening menu with hot and cold components for an evening full of nostalgia and culinary warmth in the authentic castle vault. We look forward to seeing you!

The restaurant Abendbrot is also an ideal place to round off an eventful day at Weissenhaus with selected wines, sparkling wines or the successful creations of our bartenders.

A reservation is urgently required and is gladly accepted at info@weissenhaus.de. We thank you for your understanding that the restaurant Abendbrot is only available to overnight guests of the resort.
