... are responsible for the operational organization and management of the á la carte restaurant "Bootshaus" with 60 seats and 120 terrace seats and lead a team of 10 employees.
... are the first contact person for our guests.
... are hosts from the heart and guarantee a professional and individual care for our national and international guests in the restaurant "Bootshaus".
... implement the departmental goals in cooperation with the F&B management and the management.
... are an exemplary motivator and competent contact person when training new employees and apprentices in the restaurant.
... convey your personal qualifications and knowledge in daily business as well as in the organization and implementation of training courses and departmental training to your team and colleagues.
... ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
... are responsible for the implementation of and compliance with quality standards.
... prepare duty and vacation schedules, taking into account efficient employee deployment.
... carry out a cordial and professional first-class à la carte service in the restaurant.
... advise our discerning guests and make individual recommendations for food and beverage selections.
