To strengthen our team we are looking for you, as Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our à la carte restaurant "Bootshaus" awarded in Gault & Millau.

 

Your tasks. You...

... prepare high-quality dishes in compliance with our high quality standards and present them in a visually appealing way.

... ensure an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.

... support the kitchen brigade in all matters arising.

... prepare the mise en place.

... comply with the HACCP standards.
