The spa area is available for all guests aged 16 and over. Children under the age of 16 are welcome in the castle spa from 12.00 noon to 4.00 pm accompanied by an adult. The use of the saunas and fitness area is reserved for our spa guests aged 16 and over.

 

The Schlosstherme is an oasis of relaxation and regeneration, so we ask you to please respect this atmosphere.

 

Our sensitive and effective relaxation treatments are a quite popular service. We therefore recommend that you book early and prior to your arrival to ensure a reservation for your preferred date.
We understand that plans can change and we will gladly cancel your treatment free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointed reservation. For later cancellations, we will charge the full amount of the booked treatment. Delays result in a reduction of the regular appointment time in regard to the subsequent guest. We ask for your understanding that short-notice postponements are not possible.

 

We have been looking forward to your arrival and have prepared a lovingly packed spa basket for you in your room. Each basket contains a soft kimono as a wardrobe suggestion for your spa visit and fluffy towels.

 

The health and regeneration of all our guests is important to us, so the Schlosstherme is a non-smoking area.

 

Please refrain from using electronic devices or filming. We will be delighted to provide digital footage of the castle spa on request. To support this wish, only the spa reception area is therefore equipped with Wi-Fi transmitters.

 

Please note that the castle spa serves the relaxation of all our guests. Our cosy sauna area is the only textile-free zone in the spa.

 

Our lounging and resting areas are generously planned, so it is not necessary to reserve lounging areas. We will always find a nice place for you.

 

We recommend wearing non-slip bathing shoes in the Schlosstherme for your comfort and safety. Please inform us in advance about special concerns or health restrictions that we may consider. The same applies if you prefer to choose a female or male therapist for your treatment.

 

As a guest staying in the castle, you are welcome to use our underground spa access and follow the signs for the castle spa. Otherwise you are very welcome to use our shuttle service. Lockers are available in our comfortable changing area. Please understand that we accept no liability for the loss of valuables.
