With a magnificent view through the historical garden and painting hall of the castle, over lush meadows to the sea, a visit to the restaurant COURTIER promises a restful and relaxing time out from everyday life. Sophisticated dishes, thought out with handcraft, prepared with heart and creativity and presented in an exciting way, that is the aromatic promise of pleasure to our guests.

Gourmet chef Christian Scharrer, who has consistently held two Michelin stars at WEISSENHAUS since 2017 and is the host couple for the evening together with his wife Nathalie Scharrer, said:

"It is important to us that our guests experience an evening full of pleasure and cheerfulness. Even in the imposing and truly dreamlike setting in the castle, we want to make the relaxed resort idea of WEISSENHAUS tangible and are happy about dialogue instead of whispers and prefer genuine enthusiasm to distinguished reserve. In April 2024 Nathalie Scharrer and her team were honored
by the Michelin Guide for the excellent service in the Courtier
restaurant in the TOP 10 restaurants in Germany.

The Michelin Guide inspectors explained their decision with the words:
"Ms. Scharrer manages the service professionally and with charm,
is friendly and relaxed with her guests and always maintains an
appropriate distance, making you feel that you are in good hands."

Menu

We serve Christian Scharrer's menu in six courses, which can be reduced to three courses.

Should there be any allergies* which we may consider for you, or should you wish for a vegetarian menu please notify us at least at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. We thank you for your understanding that vegan cuisine is not offered in the Courtier and an individual variation of the menu is not viable.

Reservation

We look forward to your reservation request by mail.

Please note that we reserve the restaurant seats according to the occupancy of our house guests.

Prior reservations are strongly required!

You are welcome to send them to us at any time to courtier@weissenhaus.de.

Should you not be able to avail of your reservation, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Thank you for your understanding that we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €150.00 per person in case of late cancellation.
