A visit to the NAMI Pop Up restaurant, with its beautiful view through the light-flooded garden and picture salon, across evergreen meadows to the azure blue sea, promises a wonderful journey away from everyday life and an unforgettable restaurant experience. The finely balanced dishes are always prepared with passion and presented in a style that is as elegant as it is original.

Guests can enjoy an extraordinary culinary variety from the multifaceted world of Asian flavours. Nuances and ingredients from European cuisine define and complement the sensual repertoire, which also offers numerous options for vegetarians. Enjoy well-known bestsellers such as sushi rolls or our homemade dim sum based on original Chinese recipes, as well as traditional delicacies from the robata grill, based on the Japanese model. We prepare our dishes with the utmost care and deliberately serve specialities from the entire Asian world of flavours in order to inspire both newcomers and regulars with this extraordinary concept and to pamper them with culinary delights.

Dear guests of the NAMI Pop Up Restaurant, we will be temporarily closing our establishment from 8th December 2025.

We will be using this break to realise projects close to our hearts and carry out improvements that will make your stay even more perfect in future. Weissenhaus will reopen its doors on Friday, 6th February 2026.

Please note that the NAMI Pop Up Restaurant will be closed from 6th February 2026 to 15th February 2026 due to an exclusive event. From 16th February 2026, we will be delighted to welcome you back during our usual opening hours.

Reservations are required. We are happy to take your reservation via the Open Table tool below.

Overnight guests should contact the hosts at the reservations desk or reception when booking their stay to make a table reservation.

Bar in the castle

We welcome you daily to our bar in the neighbouring Spiegelsaal from 1 pm to midnight.
From 1 pm, enjoy a selection of coffee specialties as well as diverse teas, delicious homemade cakes from our castle bakery, champagne, wines and alcoholic beverages. For a relaxed and enjoyable start to the evening, we offer a refreshing selection of cocktails from 5 pm.
