We are proud to present Austrian wine culture near the Danube on the North German Baltic Sea coast in the form of a delightful culinary evening. This will be accompanied by an ambassador from Domäne Wachau as your unique host and wine expert.

Your stay at Weissenhaus, from two nights’ accommodation in your preferred category (subject to availability), will be complemented by relaxing hours spent on the natural beach, in the extensive park grounds, and enjoying soothing and luxurious spa experiences in our award-winning Schlosstherme.

 

The Wachau, one of Europe’s most spectacular wine-growing regions, features steep terraces where work can only be carried out by hand, and an ideal terroir for Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. Barren primary rock soils in which the vines put down deep roots, precision, clarity and a purist style with tension and grip on the palate, as well as an inviting drinkability – this is what characterises the captivating elegance of the wines from Austria’s most significant winery with organically farmed vineyards.
