Resort guests: We charge € 25.00 per vehicle and night for parking spaces on our premises, including our valet parking and shuttle service. The shuttle service provided in our comfortable BMW electric fleet is available daily from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm within our grounds.
 
If you would prefer a covered parking space within our carport facility, please reserve one of these limited spaces in advance.
 
One-day visitors: The parking facilities for visitors are located on the designated dyke car parking area directly by the sea via Seestraße (K48). Here you will find direct access to the Bootshaus restaurant.

Weissenhaus is a private property and exclusively accessible to resort guests. We therefore do not offer guided tours or walks. With respect for the privacy of the guests, the buildings are not open to visitors.

When making your reservation, please let us know the number of children travelling with you and their ages. This will enable us to create the best conditions for a pleasant stay for children too.
Children under the age of 13 are entitled to access the Schlosstherme SPA daily between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Dogs are welcome (on request & subject to reconfirmation by the resort, in designated room categories, max. 1 dog per room). Our 75-hectare grounds offer ideal opportunities for extended walks with your four-legged friend. A cosy basket, a water bowl, a food bowl as well as a hearty snack are prepared for your pet in the room.
The entire castle including the terrace, the Kavalierhaus and the Schlosstherme SPA are not accessible for dogs. Your dog is very welcome in the Restaurant Bootshaus as well as the terrace of the breakfast restaurant Kavaliershaus and the terrace of the Asiabar located behind the castle.
Please always include your pet when booking a table and our staff will select the ideal seat with sufficient space for you. Please also note that dogs must be kept on a lead on the entire resort grounds, which also applies to the restaurant terraces of the Bootshaus, Kavaliershaus and the Asiabar.
If you would like to enjoy a dog-free afternoon or evening without leaving your four-legged friend alone in the room, please contact our reception at least 48 hours in advance and take advantage of our dog sitting service. A highlight on holiday with your dog is the dog beach belonging to the resort. We charge € 45,00 per dog & night for the overnight stay of your four-legged friend, as well as the preparation & cleaning of the room.

We are delighted to issue value vouchers or vouchers for our different accommodation packages with a value of €100,00 or more, for all restaurants, the Schlosstherme Spa and the resort itself. Please note that we do not offer vouchers for our breakfast restaurant Kavaliershaus. Weissenhaus, as it is to visit today, opened in July 2014 as the Weissenhaus Grand Village Resort & Spa by the sea. In 2023 we decided to change the name to Weissenhaus Private Nature Luxury Resort.

Each building offers different characteristics and advantages, so we ask you to inform our reservation team a little more about your expectations of Weissenhaus and your needs, so we can give the perfect recommendation.

The Weissenhaus worlds of experience, such as our Schlosstherme Spa, the Bootshaus restaurant or the Courtier gourmet restaurant can be found in a wide variety of buildings. To reach them comfortably, our BMW electric fleet and golf cart chauffeur service is unreservedly available to you on the resort grounds daily from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., free of charge.

As passionate hosts, it is our desire to provide you with a wonderfully relaxing stay and to familiarise you with all the amenities and special features. Therefore, please understand that arrivals at our extensive castle estate are generally possible between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Our colleagues will have your room ready for you from 04:00 pm. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 12:00 noon.
 
You are very welcome to enjoy the Schlosstherme on your day of departure until 12:00 noon. If you would like to extend your time in the Schlosstherme Spa, our Day Spa Ticket is available to you at a preferential price of € 70,00 per person. Please don´t hesitate to contact us at the SPA reception.
It is not possible to use the Schlosstherme before check-in on the day of arrival.

The resort is located directly on a 3 km long natural beach. The impressive park adjoins the sea.

All our rooms and suites in the castle have direct access to our 3.000 square meter Schlosstherme spa via an underground tunnel. You therefore enjoy the benefit of a bathrobe walk to our spa area.

The fireplace season at Weissenhaus starts annualy on 01st October and ends on 31st March. Outside this period, the fireplaces are not available for use.

A Junior Suite in the Gärtnerhaus is handicapped accessible, however not equipped for the disabled. The Schlosstherme Spa is not a barrier-free area.
Our castle is the only building offering access by elevator to all floors. However, the different room categories in the castle are not equipped for handicapped guests.

In consideration of the exquisite materials and textiles in the rooms, we do not offer smoking rooms. Enjoy your cigarette on the terraces or in the stylish smoker lounge in the castle, where we have a well-stocked humidor for you.
The consumption of cannabis is strictly prohibited on the entire resort premises, in all indoor and outdoor areas.

Certainly we do, with pleasure and free of charge. Please note that the only WiFi free area is the Schlosstherme Spa. Due to the enormous size of the property, it may be necessary to dial into different transmitter areas, so that a new registration is required.

Weissenhaus is a place where you can feel completely at ease and relaxed. Therefore, the following lines, with the exception of the Schlosstherme, are only suggestions:

NAMI Pop Up restaurant & cinema: relaxed, sporty elegant
Schlosstherme SPA: bathrobe, swimwear, slippers. Our sauna area is a textile-free zone.
On historical cobblestones and wide avenues lined with lime trees, we recommend sporty footwear to enjoy and explore the resort in all its glory.

We are delighted to charge your electric vehicle at one of our charging stations. A fee of € 30,00 per charging process applies. Please understand that we cannot guarantee an available charging station. The charging price is subject to change based on current energy prices.

We offer our resort guests an e-bike rental.
 
The rental fee is as following:
€ 40,00 per day for an e-bike or € 50,00 per day for a luxury e-bike.
 
Please inform our colleagues at reception if you wish to collect your bikes.

We have our own floral workshop at WEISSENHAUS and are delighted to fulfil your special floral wishes. Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to arrival about your ordering wishes.
We would also be happy to send you our suggestions for sweet little gifts and suprises such as our estate honey or homemade chocolates, or unforgettable, shared experiences such as a helicopter flight to the Hohwachter Bucht.

We offer in-house laundry and ironing service.

We are certainly happy to provide hypoallergenic bed linen and ask for notification at the time of booking. However, we do not offer special rooms for allergy sufferers.

As a true gem far away from everything that weighs us down and binds us, Weissenhaus is aware of its responsibility for our environment. Therefore, we conserve resources, live a mindful way of using them and start doing so with ourselves.
 
Cleaning towels consumes extreme amounts of water and has a huge impact on the environment and the oceans due to the use of cleaning agents.
We therefore ask for your understanding that we ‘only’ change your towels every 24 hours.
 
In each standard set-up of our rooms you can expect:
2 fluffy bathrobes
3 large & 2 small towels as well as
3 compresses
 
However, should you have a linen request in the evening, please do not hesitate to contact us at -1718.

Yes, you will receive Sky TV in every suite and every room. A film selection of 120 cinema classics is available for you in the cinema in the castle. You can enjoy the sound of BOSE system in some selected rooms.

Yes, these are available to our guests at a charge during the beach chair season (May to September).

Weissenhaus offers the opportunity to visit many destinations within a short distance. Whether it´s Fehmarn and Heiligenhafen to the east or the Selenter See to the west of our resort - you can explore excursion destinations worth seeing in all directions.

There are three different restaurants to choose from at Weissenhaus. Whether you fancy Mediterranean flavours right by the beach at the Bootshaus restaurant or familiar and popular classics at the NAMI Pop Up restaurant, our kitchen team, which prefers to use products from local producers and also offers specialities from all over the world, is waiting to put a smile on your face and in your mouth. Our gourmet breakfast is served daily in the Kavaliershaus restaurant with a view of the village centre and the picturesque castle pond.
Did you know that you are also always welcome at our Bootshaus Grill & Bar in the beautiful HafenCity district of Hamburg?

Reservations are recommended in all our restaurants and can be made by e-mail. To ensure that we can provide you with your desired reservation time, please book in advance.
In order to be able to offer all our resort guests a unique taste experience, we ask for your understanding that we accept two reservation times in the evening in the Bootshaus restaurant (06:00 pm or 08:30 pm).

We have the highest standards for our services and therefore only want to offer you room service that we can serve you perfectly prepared in your room. The vastness of the park and the listed status of the buildings without storage areas mean that the usual room service is simply not possible here.
However, we are delighted to provide a cold selection if you succumb to the cosiness of your room and do not wish to make your way to one of our three restaurants. Please understand that freshly prepared drinks cannot be served in your room; the free minibar and coffee & tea selection are available for this purpose. We certainly serve wines, champagne etc. by the bottle on site. In the Gartenvilla, the suites in the Orangerie as well as the Weissenhaus Signature Villa you will also find wine cabinets curated by our sommelier with her suggestions.

Our kitchen team will gladly consider individual wishes, as well as any allergies or food intolerances, insofar as this is possible for us. Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival at Weissenhaus.

We are happy to offer vegetarian dishes at the Vitalbar in the Schlosstherme and at NAMI Pop Up. Vegan alternatives are available on request at the Bootshaus restaurant or for your breakfast at the Kavaliershaus restaurant.

Please also let us know your preferred wellness time if you have opted for a package including spa services. If we do not hear from you, we will take the liberty of reserving the times for you.

Our Schlosstherme features a spacious fitness area with a wide range of equipment for strength and endurance sports. The fitness area can be used during the opening hours of the Schlosstherme.

Weissenhaus is a place where you can feel completely at ease and relaxed. Enjoy the amenities of our Schlosstherme spa in your fluffy bathrobe and slippers or in swimwear. The fitness area welcomes you in sportswear. Our sauna area is a clothing- free zone. All our pools are accessible exclusively in swimwear, and all our relaxation areas and the Vitalbar must be entered fully clothed.

Our Vitalbar is open for you from 01:00 pm to 06:00 pm. Please note our dress code of the Schlosstherme Spa and feel comfortable in your swimsuit or your fluffy bathrobe.

On the day of arrival the access of the Schlosstherme SPA is possible from check-in.
