Regionality

For reasons of resource conservation, the purchase of goods, services and fresh produce from the doorstep or in the immediate neighbourhood is preferred.

For example, we source our meat, poultry and dairy products, as well as cheese and ice cream in all our restaurants from the family business "Hof Fuhlreit", which produces under the best agricultural conditions here in Schleswig Holstein.

As a matter of principle, they do not use genetically modified seeds and feed, but instead rely on lush grass, corn, legumes and various grains from their own cultivation for their animals.

In addition to the cows, Hof Fuhlreit is also home to numerous chickens and the farm dog Lotte.
