In the castle’s atmospheric setting, enjoy a magnificent six-course menu, created in collaboration with Laurent-Perrier and Altonaer Kaviar Import Haus from the heart of Hamburg, which will transform the evening into a magical culinary winter night.

Alexander Schröder, acting as your warm and welcoming host and representative of Laurent-Perrier, will make your evening a memorable experience and entertain you with fascinating stories from the world of one of the most renowned champagne houses in the world. Each Grand Siècle stands out with its distinctive aroma and captivates with the extravagant intensity of no fewer than three perfect vintages.
