Friday, 21st March 2025 to Monday, 24th March 2025 marks the eighth anniversary of our highly popular culinary event at WEISSENHAUS.
Look forward to a weekend full of culinary highlights and experience a time-out with unforgettable moments of indulgence.
To set the mood for the weekend, enjoy an individual à la carte dinner in your favourite restaurant on Friday.
May we spoil you with a dinner in the restaurant Bootshaus directly by the sea or do you prefer
our rustic and tasty Abendbrot dinner in the historic castle vault?
On Saturday evening, 2 Michelin star chef Christian Scharrer and a special guest create a legendary 4 hands dinner
for you in the stylish ambience of the castle. The evening will be accompanied and hosted by Julia Springeth
for the two wineries Cantina Terlan and Andrian from South Tyrol.
This event is limited to 36 people.
The highlight of the weekend will be the atmospheric kitchen party under the motto ‘Hamburg Legends’ on Sunday evening in the castle,
to which we have invited some of the best chefs in the Hanseatic city as well as outstanding winemakers from all over Germany,
to celebrate an unforgettable evening of culinary delights with you.
