Highlights of the Culinary Event
The popular culinary event at Weissenhaus will celebrate its ninth anniversary in spring 2026! It includes the Vibe & Dine event on Saturday evening, 21st March 2026, and our 9th Kitchen Party on Sunday evening, 22nd March 2026, under the wonderful motto "Land & Sea". Tickets for both events can be purchased here separately from accommodation.

Experience the popular beach restaurant Bootshaus as an exclusive and elegant party location. You can look forward to an exquisite flying dinner ‘Vibe & Dine’ with numerous sophisticated delicacies, each with the potential to become your favourite. Prepared to the highest standard and served in small portions, the selected culinary delights will accompany you throughout the evening, during which you are free to move around and chat with neighbouring guests without being tied to a fixed seat. Our live DJ will provide an unforgettable soundtrack to create a carefree feeling of being on the Mediterranean coast and a special vibe with breathtaking views over the horizon.

Look forward to the grand finale of the weekend and indulge in the delicious dishes of our friendly guest chefs and the exquisite wine recommendations of our guest vintners at numerous stations located throughout the castle.
Guests can look forward to a culinary journey in the warm and stylish atmosphere of the castle, which has been decorated especially for this extraordinary occasion. This year, the excellent and friendly kitchen team led by head chef Christopher Schlang will be accompanying and pampering the guests.
